About Harborough Jazz

The Harborough Jazz Club has been running for nearly 20 years and is run by an enthusiastic committee of volunteers, which has gained an excellent reputation for presenting high quality Jazz performances. We provide regular monthly sessions of modern and mainstream forms of Jazz at the Three Swans Hotel, performed by national and internationally recognised Jazz musicians. We look forward to seeing you at our lunchtime sessions on the second Sunday in every month to enjoy a friendly relaxed atmosphere, good food and the best in modern jazz. In addition we also hold a monthly free Jam session for local Jazz musicians on the last Tuesday of the month at the Coach and Horses pub in nearby Lubenham village. Join as a club member and enjoy special rates and booking privileges.

What is Harborough Jazz?

Harborough Jazz is a non-profit (and not-for-personal gain) music performance club in Market Harborough, UK, hosting monthly gigs at The Three Swans Hotel. We also organise a Jazz Jam at the Coach & Horses pub in Lubenham.

When are the gigs held?

Gigs are usually held on the second Sunday of each month at The Three Swans Hotel.

How many people can attend?

We accommodate up to 120 audience members for each performance, ensuring an intimate experience in a cabaret table layout.

Is there access for a wheelchair?

Yes. At The Three Swans, wheelchairs can access with everyone else through the main entrance. All seating is movable so you can place the wheelchair anywhere in the audience area. Please ask one of our volunteers to assist you.

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes. Children are allowed at the fully licensed Three Swans Hotel but please check for any adult content warnings in the event descriptions.

What time do doors open?

Doors open at 11.45am unless specified otherwise, for a 12.30pm start. The bar will be available from then and you can order your lunch for the interval.

What time does the performance end?

Most performances are scheduled to finish sometime between 2.45pm and 3.00pm. However, you are welcome to stay on further in the various hotel bars.

Can I get a refund if I can't make it?

Yes. Please see the Ts & Cs that come with your e-ticket. You can obtain a refund (excluding booking fees) or exchange your ticket for another Harborough Jazz event. Simply click the link on your ticket to take you to the Ticket Source website. Refunds and exchanges are only accepted up to three days before the event itself. However, if you are forced to cancel at the last minute, please let us know so we can offer your ticket for re-sale on the door. If successful, we will send you a voucher for a future event.

Will food be available?

Yes. A Sunday Lunch menu is offered and can be ordered on arrival for serving during the interval.

What happens to my personal information?

Personal information is stored securely only for the purpose of managing events and future events. You can ask for your details to be removed any time or you can unsubscribe from our mailing list. Harborough Blues complies with all relevant data protection regulations.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes. You can give or sell your ticket to someone else as long as it is not for a profit. It would be helpful if you let us know about a transfer by emailing us at admin@harboroughjazz.com.
